Shipping & delivery

Everything ships from Queensland, Australia. Freight is quoted live from Australia Post for your actual cart and destination at checkout — what you pay is what the carrier charges that day, plus the packaging. Nothing is marked up and nothing is estimated.

Race Parts are machined to order rather than held in stock. Your dispatch time is shown on the product page. Software is built by hand against your machine data and emailed, normally within 1–2 business days.

We ship worldwide, tracked. Orders shipped outside Australia are GST-free and priced accordingly. Import duty, VAT or GST charged by your own country is payable by you and is not included in the price or the freight you pay us — your carrier or customs authority will collect it before delivery. If you need a commercial invoice with a specific declaration, ask before you order.

All parcels are tracked. If tracking stops or the parcel is late, email orders@bulletracing.team with your order reference and we will chase it with the carrier.

Returns & your rights

Race Parts are machined to order for competition use, and software is compiled against the serial data of one specific machine control. Because both are made specifically for you, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please ask us before you buy if you are unsure — we would much rather answer a question than have you order the wrong thing.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure — it is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not do what we said it would — you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced within a reasonable time. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

If your screen package cannot be made to work on the machine it was licensed for, tell us. We will re-issue it, correct it, or refund it. A licence can also be re-issued free of charge if you replace the control or the machine.

Email orders@bulletracing.team with your order reference and a description — photographs help for a part, and the machine and control model help for software.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, email address, delivery address and phone number if you give one, and — for software — the machine and control identifiers you enter at checkout (MD18030[0], MD18040[0], machine model, control model).

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not sell or share your details. The only cookie we set is a sign-in session cookie when you choose to sign in; your cart is kept in your own browser, not on our server.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us or our server. Stripe processes that data as our payment provider under its own privacy terms.

Order records are stored on our own server in Australia — not on a third-party store platform. We keep them for as long as we must for tax and warranty purposes, which in Australia is generally five years.

Email orders@bulletracing.team to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete anything we are not required to keep. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, and we will honour them on the same basis.

Terms of sale

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown to customers in Australia include GST; orders shipped outside Australia are GST-free exports and are priced without it. Any amount shown in another currency is indicative only — you are always charged in AUD.

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or we cannot supply it, we will contact you and refund you in full rather than substitute something. Title and risk in physical goods pass to you on delivery.

Race Parts are sold for off-road, competition use only.

Software is licensed, not sold, under the End User Licence Agreement, which you should read before purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
