BULLET RACING ENGINEERING
END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT — SINUMERIK 808D CUSTOM SCREENS

Bullet Racing Engineering (ABN 28 772 059 330) of Queensland, Australia ("Bullet Racing", "we",
"us") licenses the custom SINUMERIK 808D screen package and accompanying files (the "Custom
Screens") to you on the terms below.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT. By installing or using the Custom Screens you accept it, on your own
behalf or on behalf of the business you represent, and you confirm you have authority to do so.
If you do not agree, do not install the Custom Screens — contact us instead.

Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the
Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where any term of this
EULA conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the term is read down to the extent of
the inconsistency.


1. LICENCE

Subject to this EULA, Bullet Racing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence
(without the right to sublicense) to install and use ONE copy of the Custom Screens on the single
machine control they were compiled for, identified by the MD18030[0] and MD18040[0] values you
supplied at purchase, for your own machining work.

You may keep reasonable backup copies of the delivered files for your own use on that same
machine. A backup copy is not an additional licence.

The licence is tied to that control. If you replace the control or the machine, contact us — we
will normally re-issue the package for the new machine data at no charge where you still own the
original licence.


2. RESTRICTIONS

You must not:
(a) install or use the Custom Screens on any machine other than the one licensed;
(b) sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Custom Screens, or the licence,
    to any other person, except with our prior written consent;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Custom Screens, or attempt to defeat the
    machine-data lock, except to the extent this restriction cannot lawfully be imposed;
(d) remove or alter any trade mark, copyright or other proprietary notice in the Custom Screens; or
(e) publish or distribute the Custom Screens or any part of them.


3. WHAT WE SUPPLY

Each package is built by hand against the machine data you supply and delivered by email, normally
within 1–2 business days of purchase. You receive the screen files, an installation guide, and the
EasyXLanguage scripts described on the product page.

We are not the manufacturer of your machine or control. The Custom Screens are an addition to
Siemens SINUMERIK 808D software; Siemens is not a party to this EULA and provides no warranty in
respect of the Custom Screens.


4. PREREQUISITES AND COMPATIBILITY

The Custom Screens require the prerequisites listed on the product page at the time of purchase,
including a compatible tool setter and probe software. It is your responsibility to confirm your
control type and prerequisites before purchase; we will confirm compatibility for you on request
before you buy, and we encourage you to ask.


5. UPDATES

We may make updated files available. Updates are provided under this same EULA. We do not install
anything on your machine and the Custom Screens do not update themselves.


6. DATA WE HANDLE

To build and deliver your package we collect and use your name, email address, and the machine and
control identifiers you provide (MD18030[0], MD18040[0], machine model, control model). Where a
physical item is shipped we also collect a delivery address and, if given, a phone number.

We use this to fulfil your order, to re-issue your licence if needed, and to meet our tax and
record-keeping obligations. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising. Payment card
details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. See our Privacy Policy for detail and for how to
request access or correction.

The Custom Screens themselves do not transmit any data from your machine to us.


7. OWNERSHIP

The Custom Screens are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in them remain with
Bullet Racing and its licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.


8. TERM AND TERMINATION

This licence runs until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach it and do
not remedy the breach within 14 days of us asking you to. On termination you must stop using the
Custom Screens and remove them from the machine. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10 and 13 survive.


9. WARRANTIES AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

We warrant that the Custom Screens will, on the machine they were licensed for and with the stated
prerequisites in place, perform substantially as described on the product page.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any
other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or
replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Beyond those guarantees and the warranty above, and to the extent permitted by law, the Custom
Screens are provided as-is.


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CNC machine tools are dangerous. You are responsible for the safe operation of your machine,
including proving out any program, cycle or probing routine at reduced feed and rapid before
production use, and for ensuring guarding, tooling, workholding and probe setup are correct.

To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to section 9, Bullet Racing is not liable for
indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of production, or damage to workpieces,
tooling, fixtures, probes or the machine arising from use or misuse of the Custom Screens. To the
extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid for
the Custom Screens, and where the Australian Consumer Law permits us to limit liability for a
failure to comply with a guarantee, our liability is limited at our option to resupplying the
Custom Screens or paying the cost of resupply.


11. INDEMNITY

You indemnify us against claims by third parties arising from your use of the Custom Screens in
breach of this EULA, except to the extent the claim arises from our own negligence or breach.


12. EXPORT COMPLIANCE

You must comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws, and must not supply the
Custom Screens to any person or destination prohibited by them.


13. GENERAL

This EULA is the entire agreement between us about the Custom Screens. If any term is found to be
unenforceable it is read down, or severed if it cannot be read down, and the rest continues.
Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.

This EULA is governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the benefit of any
mandatory consumer protections of your own country that apply to you.


14. TRADE MARKS

"Bullet Racing Engineering" and the Bullet Racing Engineering logo are trade marks of Bullet
Racing Engineering. Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation or modification of them is not
permitted. SINUMERIK and SIEMENS are trade marks of their respective owners, used here only to
identify the equipment the Custom Screens are made for.
